As an Idaho real estate broker for nearly 40 years, Tom has gleaned a vast knowledge of virtually every aspect of real estate, from the simplest transaction to very complicated IRS 1031 property exchanges. Always striving to be progressive and creative, he worked as a contract buyer's agent long before it was considered possible by the industry.

Born and raised in rural Idaho, Tom has a great love and understanding of farm and ranch real estate and an uncanny ability to solve nearly any problem that arises. His college education in finance and sociology, along with his old-fashioned work ethic and courteous style allow him to "cross-over" with a client to extend service beyond today's norm.
